I've never experienced being embarrassed of what I've eaten. The only thing I'm wary of is eating egg mayo in company, because it stinks.

No,can't say that I have,we all usually eat together from the same place,one person goes with all the cash,and comes back with food.

Im quite embarrased over the fact im too lazy to make my own sandwiches and i actually buy them ready made from the garage every morning.
I dispose of the packaging in my car and transfer them into a sandwich bag from home !
You need to overcome your fear.....hey, tomorrow....be crazy and eat not one..but two bakewell tarts in the morning.

I dont get embarrassed by what i eat and have no problem putting my crisps or ripple packets in the bin!!
