Well, if these two people where invited to a party at the local pub, for the person wo loves partying that would be like a dream, for the person who hates that type of thing it would be a nightmare.

It's supposed to be, "One man's junk is another man's gold." It means that certain people have very low standards. It could also mean that some people are so creative, they can turn junk into a marketable product that someone else will buy. By doing so, the creative person can make a lot of money. But dreams and nightmares? It could be a matter of perspective. Some people would find it unbearable to be in certain situations while others would jump at the chance.
It is a dream for you to something particular but another person will be afraid for his/her own reasons to do the same thing
