um no, he doesn't have anything to do with your refund. but if he screws up your tax return you may get audited so I wouldn't do that.
Just be willing to get the IRS agents drunk if they come to your door for cheating on your taxes
That is so funny...i dont think he would do a very good job at doing your taxes drunk, nor would he do a good job the next day...but he may be a little more helpful to you a few days later.

I don't know if it's actually possible - if you got him drunk enough you might be able to get him to forget about the cut he takes out of your tax refund..thus giving you a bigger refund. Don't give him cheap vodka, though, he'll probably try to take more of your $$ then. Oh yeah, you could get yourself audited. Hahaha
