How do know when your going to get off?!

I first know I am going to when I get the ok to actually do it. To be more precise I like to hold out till after she has gotten there at least once, I prefer twice. I prefer to hear she wants me to, then I feel the pressure build from within. Time limit wise, it depends on how long it's been since the last. Since I rarely get it, it usually doesn't last too long.
Whenever 5:00pm rolls around, sometimes 5:30pm though.

No time limit here either, just do it every which way you like and when I'm ready to bust, get ready with and look up at me with a smile on your face!
I start getting twitchy.
I know by the fact that my legs start shaking. Every girl is different though. If you aren't talking about that then just ask your boss but don't make her think you are ungrateful just say that you and your mom were planning a get together and you wanted to be able to give your mom a time frame.
