How to get eyeliner on the top of my eye?!
Question: I can get eyeliner on the bottom of my eye but I dont know how to get it on the top and I think it looks really good on other people. can anyone help me?

I do mine on the top, you need to use liquid eyeliner because pencil just looks really messy and smudges. Basically, buy a liquid eyeliner (it doesn't have to be a really expensive one), wipe it a bit on a tissue because it might be a bit runny and just keep practicing on a rainy day. I just stayed in all day trying it til I got it, it gets better with time, I used to be really wobbly and it would take me like 15 minutes, it takes me like 5 now and it's relatively straight. :]
You put it on your eye. Done...Use a mirror while you're doing it.
1.Pull your eyelid to the side (this may sound odd)
2.Line right above your eyelashes w/ eyeliner.
THATS IT :)
Lots of practice...some people "stretch" the lid outward w/ one hand, and apply liner w/ other...
Make sure you have a good liner...one that goes on smooth...makes it much easier...
Use a mirror, and do one eye at a time.
