He's harmless and very friendly, but that grocery cart and wagon make him picturesque.
There's a lady called, "Lactose Intolerant Lisa".
She's not bad looking, really, but it is obvious she has some problems.
She walks around town, pushing a shopping cart full of empty milk jugs.
She stops on corners, lifts up her shirt, pulls out two of the milk jugs and squirts her breast milk into each.
She then drinks from said jugs.
