I have always heard that you just need to drink alot of water, eat healthy, and don't smoke ..... of course that helps with alot of things ...... but my Grandmother before she passed away always said that "the sparkle in your eyes come from the beauty in your soul" ...... I think I believe my Grandmother on this one ...... = )
