Question: Steak?
I'm just asking as i think i'm the only one who has to have it very well done, i mean cremated!!
My boyfriend thinks i'm offending him (he's a chef). He made sunday lunch last week and i swear the beef was still mooing!!
So just curious as to how you like it!!

Extremely well done! Just burn that sucker! Seriously.............no pink on the inside, I just tell them that if they have to butterfly it , then do that. I am with you, I want it really dead. I am not a vampire that likes to suck blood. Many chefs, especially in high end restaurants, do not like to cook it well done. Well tough (and it sometimes is) I am paying for it and want it cooked the way I like it.

I used to be a well done steak eater but my husband said just try it medium rare and see how it tastes, so I did and I much prefer it as it tastes better and isn't so tough to chew.
I know the blood can be off putting, but I just tell myself it's steak juice and I'm fine....I've never been ill having it medium rare either.

Like you! Very well done--red meat is uncooked and can be unhealthy. But what do I know, I'm no chef. But I would like mine very well done. :)

I love mine medium rare - but now I'm pregnant I have to have it very well done!
I used to like it a little bit bloody till my dad cooked it so bloody the blood ran on my potatos now i like it BURNT
I like mine well done, if I even see a bit of blood coming out of it then it totally puts me off.
To each their own...I like mine medium rare...NOT everyone has the same tastes,,,how boring would that be?
