there are never any clear-cut answers, everything is grey...get my drift...thats life.

Then there's boredom, the death of cognitive abilities and the doom of creativity. =)
It's called trusting in yourself and making a decision that you can stand by. Know what I mean. Nothing is ever clear cut. There is always two sides or more to each subject matter.
And each person thinks that they are the correct one. All a person can do is follow their heart.... think to themselves what can I do... What is the right thing to do.... What can I do that will cause the least harm to all involved. Then go with it. And pray it is the correct answer. You might know if it was... you might not.
Life is sometimes cruel like that.
Very few questions can be Black and white as you put it.
Many can be answered yes or no and either way this affects other questions so therefore even then it is shaded.
What seems true today may not be true tomorrow.
When you ask a question do not take the answer as the only possible one. Keep an open mind about everything.
You find a reason, any reason that you can live with and you stick with it.
