Of course they do! On my very first account on YA i had a silly picture of a creature from a movie, but changed it to a male icon and then to my real picture, and believe me when i changed it to my own picture people treat you very differently, some good reactions and some very rude ones. It doesn't matter to me what picture is on the avatar, i still give the same answer to their question!!

Not really. What affects my answers is what I hope the level is for sense of humour. The contacts I know have varied avatars, and for some, the pics only give me more ammunition to tease them. For example, I wouldn't tease you about yours because I don't know how you would take it.

No they don't. Whatever the question, I always try to answer as best I can. If the question is a silly one, then I try to give a funny,silly answer. If it's a serious one, then I try to give a serious answer. Avatars have nothing to do with it, for me.
