Question: I can't believe they would promote a magazine like that inside a doctor's office. If more women stayed home with their kids they would be healthier. I really wanted to tear it up.

That's not necessarily true. I worked while my kids were young. Had to. They both turned out to be wonderful human beings. My, now, husband's wife stayed home with their son, and he's got more problems than I can count. Broaden your perspective!

some of us dont have the choice to stay home. I am a nurse and make 2x as much as my husband can make. we have to have my income to keep our home and the cars we drive. my kids also like to have clothes from places other than wal-mart. so "judge not lest ye be judged". i would love to be able to stay home w/ my kids but it is just not practical at this point in our lives.

Why would you do something like that? if Women stay home its not going to make a difference if they are more healthier then a working mom, in fact they would be healthier if the moms did work.
If more men were responsible and actually supported their kids instead of trying to skate out of their obligations then maybe more women could stay home with their kids.

Women aren't play things anymore. We are able to work hard towards anything we want. Women's rights are not based on if they were born with male parts or not. We are all human. Why is it that if we have a pair of breasts and no penis we get no right? As if it our fault.

i bet some of the mothers that are working wished they could stay home. but the bills are overwhelming. alot of us females have to work.
for the females that work and dont pay attention to there kids, i disagree. those females should work less hours.
and what about the men. kids need there dads to and alot of them work way to many hours and never see the kids. they are just as wrong
