Why do ppl start being "stalker"?!
Question: This is not an educated response but I'd say it has something to do with commitment, passion and love for someone... all good traits but some how the combination of them and the fact that a stalker usually scares their 'loved one', doesn't match up?

Schizophrenia I suspect is a big cause.
I think it is an obsessive-compulsive/controlling thing...
Hmm ... different in each case; there are different types or levels of stalker.
But in each case I suspect it boils down to an obsessive need for control, coupled with a lack of empathy for their victim.
