to me it is just silly looking, why would anyone want a pink dog, my GOD!! accessorize with jewelry or purses or shoes or hair things, but a dog!!! that is taking it toooooo far

Nah, owner preferance. Lots of people do that to their pets. It is safe, maybe a little embarrassing for the pooch, but if the owner is not embarrassed more power to them

To me that is not cruel. I wouldn't don't do it to my animals, but as long as the dye is non toxic and safe to the animal....as well as the pet is healthy and happy.....I would not say that is cruel.
If only the tail was pink, that would be alright but i agree with the second answer it is slighting abusing animals, and it looks horrible.

I dont think its cruel. Its not hurting the dog in any way. The owner just dyed its hair and put cholthes on it. Its their pet, they have the right to do what they want to it despite what anybody thinks because its THEIRS. If a owner was hurting it, for example; forcing it to fight with other dogs, hitting, starving, then it would be cruel.

As long as the coloring is nontoxic, it's not cruel. It's the owner who looks like a fool. The dog could care less.
