Good question. As far as stadium rock, it was CSNY, 4 Way Street concert. Same summer, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon, soon to be followed by George Harrison, Jethro Tull, Rush played at our high school. Have a good time, Neil Peart is my neighbour and I think is one of the best drummers in rock. He's worth the price of admission by himself.
I have seen so many groups Really, with Jimmy Saville owning 3 clubs, on my doorstep, but one USA group l saw was Sha Na Na. They combed their hair and flicked grease off their combs , all over the audience. Gross. Ha Ha Ha. It was a Fun Day.
