Who would you envy more...?!

Question: a person who has experienced a ravishing but tormenting and unfortunate love(never being loved back) or a person who has loved and has been loved back by someone dull and common?

Answers: a person who has experienced a ravishing but tormenting and unfortunate love(never being loved back) or a person who has loved and has been loved back by someone dull and common?

The second. If they both feel that love, then there must be something about them that isn't so dull, eh? And that kind of love ain't that common, baby.

2nd

I've been the first one so I envy the second .

The tempestuous love affair

Normal. BTW: That would be closer to the latter of your options.

1st one
Love ur pic = D

dull and common love.

I would envy the person who has loved and has been loved back by someone dull and common more .

The second because at least they get to experience love back and forth.

You know the old saying, 'it's better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all'.

the second one.
if they wre in love with eachother, in their eyes, im sure they wernt boring and dull. or i guess they wouldnt be in love.
the first operson ywould ahve lived a life of misery really, an unsatisfied and unstable mass of emotions i would rather just be happy. =)
xx

Neither! They both sound sad...
The first one reminds me of my previous relationship....Trust me! There's nothing there to envy it was a really hard experience to overcome.

Yuck. I pity both of those scenarios. To love someone, and not have it reciprocated is such a demoralizing experience. And to have, what can best be described as, likeability isn't all that great either. No envy by me, either way.

OK I'm at a lost here! but i guess that's its the 2nd one: A person who has loved and loved back by someone Dull... this would be me.......

GOSH! neither seems worthy of ENVY! maybe if i HAD to choose i'd go with #2! Cause being in love with someone who is not in love with you is a sh!t storm from hell! ...K?

I don't know if I envy the first case, but I know that I do NOT envy the second one!!

What a bizarre question....

Envy would mean that you in fact wanted one or both types of relationships for yourself to the point of detriment to all who interfered. "Envy" is a negative term.

Who's judging that the person is dull and common. Obviously not the person with whom the love was shared.

Outsiders ("haters" as they are referred to in my neighborhood) will always have something negative to say about someone else's happiness. That's what haters do.

That being said...what gives any of us the right, to measure what someone else may find "dull and common?"

But thanks for the points!

Neither....
