I am inside of my head most of the time. The same way guys like to take something apart and see how it works, I like to mentally take people, situations, and experiences apart and see how they work, what motivates them and cause them to behave that way.
Sometimes I have to tell myself not to over think or over analyze something. I would me more of the tormented thinker.
