Perhaps the "Church of the Ladder Day Saints" could help..But use caution, your real ladder may be a fine upstanding class III extension ladder...but you may find out he is just a scaffold.......
I'd start with the footstool
I believe "Ladders of Tomorrow" will be able to take you threw the STEPS you need to find out where you were manufactured. good luck!
I think Lowes and Home Depot have a kiosk for lost ladders. I would start there. They may have more info for you.
Guess you could use a real "man-lift" about now.. huh?
