How can I change from a night person to a morning person?!

I don't think you can. It's not wrong to wanta change, but I think you are born with a natural rhymn and it can't be changed...But if ya find a way let me know!

No, change is good. All you need to do is sleep at night and go on with your business in the morning.

first you need to change your sleeping habbits it may take a while once thats down start a routine and it should be smooth from there.........

Try going to bed earlier. Don't stay up and out as late. It'll be easier to wake up in the morning and you'll be more well rested.

it is difficult to do.
perhaps go to bed 1 hours earlier a week, continue each week going another hour earlier until you are a day person.
most my friends are night owls like me, so it wouldn't work too good taking my own advice :)

Go to sleep early around 7-8pm or so. Then you would wake up at around 6-7 maybe 8am if you like to sleep. Once you wake up do something fun like go to the beach,shop,eat breakfast. Do this for 2 weeks then your body will get use to sleeping early.

When you figure it out; let me know. I'm a night person too. I've tried to go to bed early & I just lie there for 2-3 hours so I get up & play on computer till I get sleepy; usually between 3-4 in the AM. Or I read. If I go to bed early; I gotta be sick! I'm a night owl.

Since most of the fun happens at night, why do you want to change?
