Question: that when the Inland Revenue owe me money they mess me about and take ages paying but if I owed them oooooh then I have to pay straight away and I get harassed but if i bombard them then they get annoyed ???

Been there with that sister!!! SO ANNOYING!! Most government agencies are the same. I was off work for a while a couple of years back and had to claim sickness (had a really bad bipolar episode) It took months for the money to come through. I went back to work 4 weeks after it came through and then they reckoned i had to pay it back. I said no way i was off work with no money for months and i inormed them i was going back to work!!! Nightmare!!!! xxxxxxxxxxx
That is the way life is they owe you money you will wait until hell freezes over. But if you owe anyone anything they will send you letters and chase you stupid.
