I'm white and couldn't care less about what other people do. I don't get embarrassed for my entire race if one small group of people does something lame. That's their problem, not everyone else's.
i just got done watching that show haha..but im from new york and im in virginia for school and its so weird we came from a very high class place and then looking at that its just weird and stuff

what people without pretense. I went to a black and gold (steeler's) themed new years eve wedding. the bride wore gold and the groom wore a jersey and jeans. the ceremony was short and the food was tailgate style. white trash maybe. but we all had a hell of a good time.
It takes all kinds of people to make up the world. If everyone thought alike and liked the same things it would be a boring world filled with automatons. Celebrate the diversity and be less critical.

Being white, or even being from the country, does not mean you need to be offended by that television show or the people it represents. Many self professed rednecks are proud of their culture, mores, and peculiar behavior.
Now if it was you're own family, I might feel embarrassed. Otherwise, just laugh or turn the channel.
