Yes - it shook the very core of my soul and that was remorse.
I've never had doubt that bad but remorse yes.

I'm not entirely sure if I know what a "bowel-shaking earthquake" feels like. It sounds like something that, once you experience it, you never forget it... I'll have to say no for now.

Never. I, as well as my bowel movement are perfect, as my sweet wife will attest to. At least, if she knows what's good for her. As to remorse, I feel remorse when I don't block the John. That means my wife won't need to plunge it when I'm off to bring home the bacon.
I have had such and was very remorseful that I ate the chicken salad that I left on the counter for three days.
