I would say one is getting robbed. Unless it something that you inherited, and are selling at a low price, then that is cutting someone a deal. But paying full price, then selling at a low price - I would say that is getting robbed.

I'm on par with Geency. I would get the fair market value. Reducing the price anywhere up to $5000 is a good deal (for family only). Anything more is being robbed and your brother should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of you!
