Where is the fairness and equality?!
Question: In a top answerer asking chatting questions all the time and he never gets violated even though he is clearly violating the terms and conditions yet he is still here. Meanwhile us lower echelons ask chatting questions and we get violated and ultimately suspended.

Well, I am not sure if there is always fairness and equality on Yahoo Answers, but if it is the person I think is being referenced, his questions are probably considered to be OK because they are usually "Yes/No" or "A or B" questions. My guess is that they are not considered "chatting" because they encourage short answers.
