Is inspiration supposed to come naturally?!

Mine procrastinates rather obsessively.
Its supposed to,,although some inspiration is chemically achieved,,this type of inspiration has its problems though..
the ancient Greeks assumed that inspiration came from gods. but modern days have contested the idea of inspiration, art is rather based on inner talent and exercise. as far as I'm concerned, inspiration is a state of mind caused by a certain event, by a certain idea, by music, by a certain feeling. it always has to be something that makes you feel creative at a certain moment.
when u get even a small success u r motivated to do work even harder.. such kind of motivation comes naturally with more and more success... but this is after u work.. before working over a plan, u can be inspired by others..
inspiration for me happens when you're sometimes in your darkest moments, it could be when you're the happiest or the most lost but it always comes unexpectedly without knocking on your door or telling you when it would be back again.
Only if you are completly happy and satisfied with who you are!...
not if you are experiencing any depression!!
