Do you do anything for the enviroment? Honestly?!
Question: I recycle (easy yes), I ride to work instead of the car, I have a compost bin for my food scraps, and I have energy saving lights in all the sockets in the house. What do you do?

Recycle, compost for food scraps, energy saving lightbulbs, rainwater tanks, wood stove for heating (live in country and have our own wood), grow a lot of our own vegetables. I have recently learnt that keeping electrical appliances on standby uses a lot of power so have started to switch off at the wall. Cannot cycle to work as it is too far!! No airconditioning!!! I think a lot of people turn a heater on too easily rather than putting on an extra jumper.

i burn all the plastic i can gather up , so they don't blow around trashing the neighborhood. thats good, isn't it? i like the idea of palm trees in montana, and my house is at 4000ft. so let the waters rise.
I Never Litter :P Just don't see a reason for it. I feel bad when I do. Lol.
I recyle, compost just about everything, we have three rainwater tanks, I don't use plastic bags for shopping I take my own. I wish I could walk to work but that's impossible as it is too far, 50mins by car. We have energy saving lights as well. We grow lots of veggies and herbs. We are looking at buying some acres in the next few years, so we can have chickens, geese, ducks, cow and a goat and of course grow everything we can.
