Yes my own wedding my dad died three weeks before I got married, he was going to give me away, I couldn't ask my oldest brother because he looks so much like my dad. So I asked my younger brother to give me away, he looks more like my mum did. I managed to get part way through the service and then I lost it. I sobbed, the vicar stopped the service and took me aside to say prayers for my dad and then he asked if we should postpone the wedding, my dad would have gone mad if we did cancel. I was okay after that.
Yes, I remember when my brother got married I cryed be caused we thought he would be a bachelor.
