I'm aways mental, but having guitars and drums blasting into my eardrums blocks out my mental thought, which makes me a bit more relaxed.

I do have peace.. To me a sense of peacefulness is important. If I feel it slipping away from me I just remind myself of the simple and really important things in my life that matter to me most. Without a sense of peace, so many negative thoughts and feelings can step up and try to come into your daily thinking.
