Thanks for asking this question because it made me look up the rules for the first time. At first I thought it was an adults only site because there was so much explicit language being used, but I just found out that 13 year-olds and up are welcome but not to discuss adult content, apparently. It seems more like a free-for-all to me, but you just pick and choose what level of maturity you want to get involved with.
