I think the troll activity ramps up as soon as elementary school lets out.

But, to answer your question, you can buy TROLL REMOVER at your local ACE hardware store. It comes in a leather case and removes easily to reveal a SHARP edged steel blade with the words "Die, Troll, Die" engraved upon it. If inserted into their cyber heart chamber, they will cease to exist and will be forced into a eGrave with the words RIP on their little tombstone.
It's a one use instrument so use wisely and accurately.
