No, but I tried an experiment with Yahoo Answers. I opened an account and never asked one question or answered a question and not only did I receive a Violation Notice, but my account was suspended as well, all within one day!
As usual, they never provide you with an explanation for suspending your account, they only say that it is in violation of their TOS or Community Guidelines.
