Have you made out your Will and Durable Power of Attorney?!

Question: How about your Living Will (advance medical directive), and Do not resuscitate (DNR) orders?

When it's my time, I don't want my sons to anguish over my wishes as to when to pull the plug, or go through the hell of probate (voice of experience here).

Yes to all the above, for some of the same reasons you stated, but also because I want to make sure I am not forced to hang out on a vent when I should be out the door already. I just think it would be an incredible waste, if I am gone, just let me go. Also, my will is fairly ironclad, or at least as ironclad as you can get. I have been around enough death lately to see normally nice people turn ulgy over "stuff".
Blessings!

No. I've done neither of those.

no.

My will is written just few yrs ago when I got my properties however I have no instructions on pulling out the plug or whatever like mercy killing maybe...I don't have those instruted on my will. I hope I won't need that kind.
However, I am in doubts of revoking my heirs cause of some kind of personal problem at the moment.
