What should I do? serious question?!
Question: Ok one of my friend (guy) decided to let us know that he is GAY...I never expected that, hes a friend...well now its kinda hard for me to hang out with him..I'm really sorry if this offend other people but, it kinda disgust me that hes gay..I don't usually tell people that though because its their choice, I suppose. But neither do I want to be a part of it..So its hard for me to tell him..that I don't wanna be friend with him especially when he is with his boyfriend..I find it disgusting im sorry like I can't help it..I try to be understanding but I just don't agree with that at all...and I know if I stop talking to him he will know that its because hes gay..

well, you first of all, its okay...it does really feel awkward around gay people(most of the time) especially when they are friends(and no offense to anyone at all)...its okay to feel awkward...one thing you could do is procrastinate...so if he says "why dont we go out tonight" or something like that then just say "i'm really sorry i cant i have plans" or whatever. it might work...i'm kinda in a really similar situation and thats what i do and its been working.

It's probably best for the both of you to end the friendship. You must be one great big buzz-kill for him.
BTW, I don't believe sexual orientation is a choice -- people are wired that way (straight, gay, or bi).
Try not to be such a judgemental, closed minded, intolerant little ignoramus!
I guess this is the time he will find out who his nice friends are and he will lose all the excess baggage.
