Jack Bauer would win because apparently that man is invincible.
He would probably just set off a bomb, blow both of them up and then walk away untouched
Bourne never dies.......Wath the movies he just kills the other dude. His wounds dont seeem to bother him either.

Because he seems to deal with more intense situations. Seems to have better training and appears to have better fighting abilities.
