No - she was living with 3 other gorgons (w/o stone vision) and none of them turned to stone. Plus, even after her head was cut off, she still turned the whole island king's court to stone.
Watch the movie "Clash of the titans" 1981 flick regaurding Titans and their own story......should be remade.

In some versions of the myth, Perseus used a mirrored shield to slay her. By looking at her reflection in the mirror instead of directly at her, Perseus was prevented from being turned into stone.
Therefore, she wouldn't have been turned to stone by looking into a mirror.
Of course, she was apparently immune to her own powers since in some stories she lived with her two sisters who were also gorgons. None of them turned to stone when they looked at each other.
