When you get tired of people walking all over you it is time to stand up for yourself cause no one else will do it for you.
I take action when I know I am gonna blow my top!I am very passive so I never have blown my top but I hold things in until I know it is getting unhealthy.Then I finally take action/say what is on my mind;)
