I would build the house and depending one what the guys name is and if my secon baby is a boy or not

neither, he's prolly a wacko and just wants to follow us home or get involved in our lives, I'd tell him to take his phony check that would prolly bounce and hit the road.

Could not possibly accept his offer, not because of the baby naming thing but I would not have any pride in owning a home I did not work hard for and appreciate the struggle.
Absolutely Its the honest thing to do however I'd sell the house for 130000 then pay off debt a completed house is worth 30% more than the sum of its materials and construction on average
