Was Watching the Upset Worth Watching the Game?!
Question: As a non-avid watcher (I was flipping back and forth between a repeat of a show I had missed and the game), I was curious about something. I asked a friend who is an avid watcher if the point of watching a game with a given outcome was in case the other team pulled something out of their rump or just for added bragging rites? My friend said that part of it was the hope that the Giants might pull out something spectacular (who would have thunk?) but that the game wasn't nearly as important as the ceremony and the commercials...
So which of this was true for you if you watched it?

It was the best super bowl I've seen in the last 5 yrs. It was definitely worth watching.
Best team of all time. Yeah right.
I only saw two minutes at the end of the game just as the upset began, and yes because i hated both for knocking out each of my favorite teams packers, and chargers, so i really didn't care who won or if the upset was such a big deal.
I prefer basketball GOOOOOOOOO Lakers!
i watch sports because i like sports..i dont care for the pre game crap or the post game garbage..or even the commercials...i just like sports....whether its my team or not...
I watch the superbowl traditionally but really the last 5 minutes was the best part of it all. Because Pats scored and a lot of people thought they had one until Eli Manning comes out from like everyone piling onto him and shoots that ball across the field to the 25 yard line. It was obvious they had a chance and in that last minute they made their TD.
