i have diabetes, so i have to give myself insulin shots every day.. one in the morning and one evening.. the needles are made with a special technology so they're very very thin and they dont hurt at all.. so answer is no its not hard at all
Not difficult at all. Have had to so on a few occasions working as a medic offshore.
not hard. i don't get squimish like some people. I even watch when I get blood drawn from me.

It would be impossible since I HATE needles and hate shots. I never could understand how people inject heroin into themselves. . .needles are nasty.
The older I get, the more I dislike needles. I hope I don't have to use them on a regular basis.
I wouldn't have trouble giving myself insulin because it is a tiny needle, but the other kind of "IM" injections I could never do to myself... and I'm a nurse. ;-)
I'd rather self administer a shot of whiskey ..... like Jim's Stuff rather than a needle ....but if I had to ... I would.
