its kinda like a toner its bottled like alcohol. It is pretty cheap and often used as skin care.
Yeah it is used as similar purposes as rubbing alcohol..

It's a plant, which is turned into an astringent for the face. The plant can actually be quite beautiful.
Witch hazel is a decidous bush or small tree that is found throughout North America. Th dried leaves, bark, and twigs are used medicinally.
I'm sure someone has already answered the right answer.. but I actually know this one!! It's like a natural rubbing alcohol. Very strong smelling. You can use it for all kinds of stuff. (Not just for cleaning up acne and face stuff)
