i just got one today as well and the person who asked the question has made several accounts and keeps asking the same question eevryday nearly my answer was
stop bothering us with this and even though the person was asking the same over and over again i get a violation

That's the problem - almost anything could be interpreted as a violation of the very fuzzy guidelines they use. And their stupid moderation system only requires two people to report you and you are penalised without appeal.
Keep complaining! Yahoo are asking for feedback at the moment, there is usually a link on Answers Home page - let them know how we feel!

I just got one too. In their wisdom, Yahoo believe that "What am I supposed to do with that?" is NOT a question. But they still allow one user to regularly post racist rants, directed at Polish and Lithuanian people, two of which I have just seen in undecided questions.
We have all gotten them. it is just stupid.

A lot of people are going to tell you about trolls. Customer Care reviews reports before you get a violation. If a troll is reporting the questions unfairly the troll gets punished by having their reporting privileges revoked. Everybody wants to blame the bogeyman, but nobody wants to accept the fact that this is a privately owned website and yahoo! owns it.

Because Yahoo allowes Users to have muliple Accounts,to give out the Violations.
I don't know about you but someone out there is stalking me and I am getting violated all the time even though I have done nothing wrong. Every time I turn on my computer it says I am down another ten points and the last one was for chatting.
