It is "supposed" to help people lose weight. I am not sure if it works though. Personally, I don't like it. No flavor whatsoever.

It's very low in fat content. Which is a feature that's sought by dieters. You're right it is seen as dull by most but not by those trying to reduce their weight. To them it's very "special"
I am hoping you are refferring to the cereal and not the "other". As for the cereal, it keeps you nice and lean, if you dont add a ton of sugar to it. I use sweet n low and love the taste. as for the other special K, wouldnt know, never tried it never going to lol.
