Funny you should ask this question. About a year ago when i was living in Dublin, I saw such a thing happening as i was zipping past the quays in a taxi. I had the driver pull over and i jumped out of the car, and ran over and told the quy to quit it, and he didn't, and was bigger than me, and he coutinued his barrage whilst i stood there and called the cops. the cops turned up within seconds, and gave the lowlife a good kicking and let me go about my general business. good job really cause i had an 8 ball in my pocket...
Call law enforcement ...... Be the professional witness ..... never step in ..... Only after the traffic stop ... Domestic disputes injure or kill more cops each year ..... You don't know who they are or how they will react to a stranger steppin into their personal issues......
But I do have to admit ... just standing by and talking on the phone to get more help may be the most difficult thing to endure ......
Scream for help while bopping him with my handbag...brolly...traffic cone....whatever came to hand...I would certainly try to stop him.
