I'm pretty sure in ward 1 it's electroshocktherapy. DO NOT let them catch you. You can probably hide out in the broom closet for about a day, longer if there is a sink so you can get water. When the janitor comes in, steal his clothes & sneak into ward 5. They have HBO & Showtime, not just the crappy basic cable that ward 1 has.
