no. just because you can't see a life line doesn't mean its not there. that person won't die. you can always look at the patterns on the finger tips or give them a tarot card reading. we all don't have visible life lines. just like a lot of people don't have visible beauty. that doesn't mean they aren't beautiful. it means its hidden, but will be revealed.
life would not necessarily end. it would just become less predictable.
Palmistry is the supposed art of reading a person's lifelines. It is not supposed to hold a person's life force. Thus, losing ones hands would not have quite the same significance as ripping a persons heart out!
