Out of hatred--I've never experienced so much anger and passion mixed together to form hatred towards an individual. Although my brother has had his moments of making me mad.. I could never kill someone. I live by my conscience.

No. But I ran into a guy a couple of questions back who would find you suspect of terrorism, arrested, interrogated, beaten and then released (or not) but get this, the Patriot Act is there to protect the rest of us from you suing the government for wrong doing. I swear to God, these were his words. The Question is probably still up in Elections or Politics. It asks 'What is the Patriot Act' - very funny.

I was in Viet Nam so this probably isn't what you were meaning but I have and I didn't even know who I was getting so I didn't have any feelings one way or the other. I would not like to, but I would do it all over again if I was in the same position.
I think depending on the situation, everyone is capable. I think most poeple would consider this a last resort as means of self defense. But murder....no.
