over here its just 8:37 in the night and its friday but i know what will make u go to sleep try reading a book for 15 minutes that makes me go to sleep or take a hot relaxing shower thats wat i do or drink coffe or a nice cup of warm tea thats helps my mom or just tell somebody in ur house to give u a massage hope i helped and good luck
