When the State Patrolman tells you to have a nice day?!

Question: Is it okay to flip him the bird? Or would you advise against it?

Answers: Is it okay to flip him the bird? Or would you advise against it?

um i wouldn't not just cause he's a cop but because its ignorant..i mean don't get me wrong i think most cops are ignorant and on power trips..but if he's bein nice to u why u gonna be mean back to him

Do you really want to give a tazer happy moron who isn't smart enough for the mediocrety of FBI work an excuss to taze your @$$ ? State Patrolmen are the Hillbilly/Rednecks of law enforcement, but they have the badge, the law book, and the gun.

Hey Bob, truck driving is a more dangerous profession. Everything you own was on a truck at one time or another. They don't make a lot of money, yet are fined 3 times more for speeding, get fined for every little thing, and the State Patrolman go after them like a diabetic on a chocolate bunny. They are goons for State Extortionists.

Might be kindof not a good idea since that means they'll then arrest you for making obscene gestures towards a state law official....but if you want to, not stopping you.

I don't know about your local laws, but my friend did this... and got a $75 fine.

Sure it is but how many people carry around a spare parakeet?

:P

.

I wouldn't flip him the bird. It could cost you dearly.
"Have a Nice Day" has turned into a sarcastic comment because of it's overuse. Just ignore it. No one who says it really means it. Hopefully, one day it will just go away. Have a nice --- ooops, sorry.

only a women with large breasts would be able to get away with that

Dear Misguided angel.
I don't know for the life of me just why people disrespect an Officer of the law. They are the first ones we think of when we need help, And they don't refuse you. So why would one shoot down this Officers Intelligence by flipping him the bird.
I don't believe that most people know just how much schooling and training these men and woman have to go through, just to dedicate their time in helping people just like you. All of them are out their and possibly giving up their life just to help another person. And that's not to mention the, Rotten weather and hours they have to work. (Please give them a break by at least showing them the respect they deserve. (No, I'm not a Policeman.) Bob.

Hmmm... I probably wouldn't do it. Cops can be dicks on power trips. They might find another reason to give you a ticket or worse

I was near Disneyland one day, and good 'ol President Clinton drove by in his brigade of limos and patrolmen. One of them blocked off the entrance of our driveway before Clinton went by. I asked the Patrolman if it was against the law to flip off the President.. he said "I don't care... I'll have my back turned, anyway". LMAO. Clinton drove by, and waved at our family. I didn't flip him off and I regret it to this day.

I'd suggest you say "Thank-You" with a smile and be on your way.

( a nod and tip of the hat bob j )

Do it when he turns his back if you want
