Slam the door in his face until he starts bleeding.
Grab a potato, stick a knife it it with a note that only says, "YOU". and leave it at his door.
Do you have a water gun? If you do fill it up with water and leave your door open. Next time he comes to your door, squirt him.

Hide round the corner from his room.
When he comes out to come and knock on your door, sneak into his room and set fire to anything that he treasures and throw it out of the window.
He'll run outside and be too busy extinguishing the flames to bother you for a while. ;o)
