I use a Desktop at work, and I use a Laptop at home.
I own both but I prefer using my laptop. It has more anad better features then my desktop.

laptop.....but i sometimes use my desktop at home...and i use a desktop at work...but i like my laptop because i can move all over the house with it...in front of the tv, at the kitchen table.

sorry, but i can't really decide between the 2. the laptop is great for the fact that it's portable. desktop's are great though for the keyboards for the most part. but as laptops get more advanced, i think i like laptops better.

I just got a laptop and I like it becuase I can go on the internet anywhere I go, but a desktop is more comfortable if you no what I mean!
I just use a desktop a laptop would be cool to have though;)

i have a desktop but, i wish i had a laptop
Desktop has (but takes up) more room, full size keyboard, full size monitor. room for expansion, good grapics card. Laptop just has portability, good for watching dvd's on, but anything else i'd rather use desktop. If you have to choose which to buy, a laptop will cost twice as much as any given desktop with same capabilitys. I'd be hard pressed to buy a laptop unless money was no object or i actually needed the portability.
Desktop, owns a laptop put prefer my (gone) desktop.
