Poll/Survey...all wrapped into one little question?!

Question: When buying used vehicles:

dealer or private party?

S10 or F150

Saturn or Camry

Your choices will have no effect whatsoever on my decisions, but hey....it's fun to take these Polls/Surveys, eh?

Well, if our choices will make no difference in your decisions....you can KISS MY GRITS!

can we just get drunk and ride around together pick up some hot guys?

i went to a dealer for my used car. i got it for 3 grand

Dealer

S10

Camry

private party

i have a private party that buys from the dealers; he doesn't have a lot, but keeps his eye out for me.

S10

Camry (Saturn parts are too expensive if something goes wrong)

And yes, yes it is!!

Dealer For sure.. Private Parties don't have warranties. Also if you go to a smaller lot then your interest rate will be higher.

I don't drive American cars but if I had to choose between those 2 trucks then I would choose the Ford - They have better reputation.

Saturn or Camry- Definitely a Camry it is a Toyota they are more durable and last much longer.

That is okay if my choices have no effect on your decions I just have fun answering polls and surveys.

Private party

F150

Camry

much better chance of a random boffing from a private party...none of rest matters one iota...

who cares as long as it's a 4x4 truck. i love trucks!!

I love the way dealerships have put a new spin on used vehicles. They are now called "pre-owned" instead of used.

Private is good
I am a chevy man so S10
Camry's are well made as are most Toyotas

Camry

Private...Camry

We just went through this with our son and after careful considering all the pros and cons we bought a Ford product from an authorized dealer. Service and warranty are so important these days and a trusted dealer that has been in business for many years was the only way to go. We did purchase a used car which was over 6 years old but in great condition. It was originally purchased new from this dealer and now traded-in on another new car. It had low miles, all service work preformed and actually came with a full warranty. We also opted for the extended warranty for 4 years. Our price out the door including the extended warranty, transfer and taxes was only $8000. Far less than a new car but within his budget. If we had bought something from a private owner, there would have been no way to prove that any work was done per authorized mechanics or if it was done at all.

Saturn's are having problems with trained service techs--we have heard.
